Council Online Services
Online Customer Service Requests are monitored during Council business hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

For any urgent requests relating to safety, please phone Council Customer Service on 4645 4000.If calling outside of Council business hours, you will be redirected to the Council's after hours call service and required to follow the prompts.

This request allows you to UPDATE your PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL and POSTAL ADDRESS details for all Council business EXCEPT for:
all business/commercial or agent change requests which must be submitted in writing to Council via mail, email or fax
eNotices. If you wish to change your details for eNotices, please visit campbelltownnsw.enotices.com.au
Council Services (e.g. Library, Child Care) that require a membership number or customer reference. Changes to these services will only be applied if the respective membership number or customer reference details are supplied
change of address details for your dog/cat registrations (PDF, 404KB)

Before you begin, please ensure you have:
your reference number if you have already registered for rates
your tax invoice reference number if you have Tax Invoice correspondence
your licensee account number if you have Licensee correspondence
your bookings account number if you have Facility bookings correspondence
your library membership number if you are a Library member
your leisure membership number if you are a Leisure Centre member
your children's full name(s) and centre name(s) if you have Childcare correspondence
